  5. When asked by Google Adsense as to what email will be used, Click sign in and log in to your new Gmail account
  6. Make sure you read all requirements that google adsense sent to you regarding disapproved account
  7. Set up your blog to your new Google adsense account
  8. Click Submit.

  2. Google doesn't want promotion of service about paid traffic (i notice your PTC banner). Why? Because paid traffic is manipulative to their search engine. ( please skimmed to Traffic Sources -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182?hl=en )

Once your site is approved, please read this guide if you're placing competitor ads like AdHitz -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1346295?hl=en#Placing_Google_ads_on_the_same_page_with_other_ads

As you've said, Google AdSense is strict. Yes, they truly are, multiple disapproval or violating their policy may no longer allow you to open an AdSense using the standard way. If that's the case, you may just try the alternatives.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!

    2. Me too… I just saw your blog in BnP. The topic regarding re-applying is interesting; I just wished that the article is way more informative.

I once applied and disapproved in Google Adsense but I haven’t reapplied yet. I might need to still polish my site.
